BE YOUR OWN 'ENTER-TRAINER'

     Have you ever heard of 'Binural Beats' , 'The Brain Wave Generator' , or 'HEMI-SYNC' Technology? All of these words refer to a fairly recent new science that involves using audio signals to achieve what is known as 'Brainwave Entrainment'. In essence, this technology is fairly simple, yet extremely powerful! The term 'Binural' refers to the two ears, and the two sides of the brain. You may have noticed that when you hear the sound of an object moving in relation to you, such as a car going by, that the sound rises in pitch as it approaches you, and decreases in pitch as it travels away from you. This effect is called 'The Doppler Effect'. Because one ear is actually further away from the moving object than the other ear, one ear hears the sound at a slightly higher or lower pitch than the other ear. The brain uses this difference in pitch to calculate the motion and distance of sounds as they are occurring in your environment, and special parts of the brain, in what is called the reptilian brain, actually generate a electric pulse or 'brainwave' that matches the DIFFERENCE between the two tones. So, for example, if the tones in each ear have a frequency difference of six cycles per second or hertz (Hz), the 'Brainwave Frequency' that would be created would be 6 Hz.

Normally this goes on automatically and we are unaware of it happening, however, when we exposed the ears to these slightly pitch shifted stereo tones for extended periods of time, something quite incredible happens: It turns out that the part of the brain responsible for this processing, begins to recruit other parts of the brain to share in the job, and so to make a long story short, after a little while listening to the tones, you can achieve a target 'Brainwave Frequencys', similar to what is often sought after through many years of meditation practice, and you can do it in the first 15 minutes!

Brain wave frequencies to be general, are as follows:

DELTA,
this is a frequency around 1 to 3hz that normally occurs during a deep sleep, this is the frequency of your subconscious.
THETA,
frequencys range between 3 to 5Hz. This state is also known as 'The Hypnagogic State', it is a magical twilight state between the waking world and dreamworld! Studies now show that children under the age of seven are pretty much in this state all the time, this is why they are so impressionable and learn so rapidly! Everything, from Einstein's theories, the lightbulb to the concept of modern science, and so much more, have arisen from thoughts and impressions received while in this state!
ALPHA,
this is a frequency between 5 and 8Hz. Alpha frequencies occur when doing things like drooling in front of the television, daydreaming, or lightly meditating, and is also an important peaceful and visionary state.
BETA,
frequencies range between 8 and 25Hz, usually around 10-15Hz, and occur in your every day 'waking life' , while doing things like working, talking, and actively engaging in communication with others, this is the frequency of awake mind, but not necessarily the 'awakened mind' , if you catch my meaning!
GAMMA,
finally, gamma frequencies are somewhat experimental and range between 25 and ??Hz. Personally, I have found these states to be a little jarring on the nerves, however, many believe that in these higher frequencies, the 'third eye' can be opened, although I personally believe that the same 'Third Eye' can be opened at ANY frequency, and does not require trying to pump your brain to this high a level, however let it be noted that this is a personal opinion.

The brainwave generator, and the famous Monro institutes, HEMI-SYNC technology, utilize, not only audio tones, but also pitch shifted stereo sound scapes, and many other advanced methods that allow anyone to learn their different 'Brainwave States', with MANY MANY positive applications and benefits for health sanity and well-being. Please note that brainwave technology is a NON-INVASIVE, NON-INTRUSIVE and NON-ADDICTIVE way to achieve ALTERED STATES! After a little while you may feel a vibrational feeling in your body, known as 'The Vibrational State' , and if the conditions are correct, (your cat doesn't suddenly jump up on your lap or something), before you know it you'll realize, at least after the fact, that you were in a semiconscious dream state but not totally asleep for a period of time before either waking up falling asleep all the way. It is not magic, and it is not an overpowering type of technology but rather it is passive and allows you some choice in whether or not it is going to work for you and how it is going toward for you, as there are many applications! With practice you will be sailing your subconscious, having lucid dreams, acquiring ideas, inspiration and information from the 'Holographic Super Consciousness', communicating with your 'Spirit Guides', and maybe even flying around in the Astral body! Please bear in mind that there are many tools that can be used to achieve these things and really no technology is necessary, as it is all within you, however, the method that you use to get their is up to you...

!! IMPORTANT !!
If you are using Winamp, or any PC based MP3 player to listen to these CDs, it is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to turn off ALL special effects processors or stereo enhancement plug-ins, and also to turn off any equalizer settings that you may have to make your music sound better (everything on the EQ should be set right in the center!!). The reasons for this are many, just to name a few: 1) the concept of 'Binural Beats' requires that a slightly different tone be delivered to each ear totally independently! Many stereo enhancement plug-ins (found under DSP/Effect in the Winamp preferences, press CTRL+P on winamp) carry sound from one ear over to the other ear in a delayed fashion, which totally alters the harmony and functionality of the specially designed 'Binural' stereo tones. 2) Things like equalizers with a bass boost feature, such as those found in many commercial CD players, or the equalizer panel found on Winamp, can amplify certain tones to the point of creating distortion in the speakers. For example, 'Solar Sea Life' (CD 5), uses a very quiet 64hz frequency, which normally is not overwhelming to the ears and is a pleasant quiet hum, however with bass boost turned ON, because it is a low frequency (which most headphones don't do well with at loud volumes), its amplification becomes annoying, very quickly.
